Excellent organisational and customer service skills are vital to the success of a hearing centre and our mentoring and support will help develop your existing skills in  management to build, motivate and lead an efficient and effective branch team.

Your Area and Regional Managers will work closely with you. Their role is one of support and encouragement to help you and your branch realise your full potential.

Further career development opportunities are also available which, for the right candidate, may include coordinating hearing clinics in local medical centre locations. A full driving licence would therefore be useful.
