Helpdesk Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Helpdesk Team at Scrivens House.
The successful candidate will work closely with the helpdesk team. A core daily task will be the administration of our Helpdesk mailbox. Tasks included within this mailbox include setting up new administrative and professional users and connecting to branch computers to implement administrative adjustments.
The key skills required are
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads
- Excel and GMail Knowledge
